  My husband is trying to quit smoking so I got these for him to use. As a former smoker I know that when I was quitting I was always trying to find things to replace the act and feeling of smoking; straws, pens, pencils all became surrogates for something to hold in your hand, and sometimes your mouth. I would have loved to have something like this with a little flavor and the ability to draw/puff. I mean gum and candies are good too but this is also calorie free. I took a little taste and the lemon flavor is really good with maybe a touch of mint or menthol flavor. I don't know how long each stick will last but they are small, discreet, and will easily fit into a pocket or palm. There is a cap on both ends to keep them fresh so be sure to remove the cap on the bottom before you take a draw. Happy quitting!

  These are not perfect by any means, but I actually find myself enjoying them as a decent little distraction. These are MUCH easier to inhale than some previous devices I've tried from a different brand. The inhaling action is smooth and satisfying. Doesn't have the exhale satisfaction of a puff, but I understood that before ordering these. The device construction itself isn't too bad for a disposable either. Feels like a premium little product. My only complaint is that I feel like they run out a bit too quickly before needing to grab another. Otherwise they're not too bad!

  I've been trying to quit smoking for awhile now and have tried everything from meds to the vapes. These work great because it continues to give your hands something to do which is half of my problem I think and it makes you feel like you got some smoke but it's not and def not near as bad for you It has a little bit of a citrus -y taste to it but it's not overwhelming at all. I will be using these stretching in between smokes to lengthn to time between smokes to hopefully be able to quit.

  I like these inhalers a bit. They are convenient to throw in my purse. They have a menthol taste to them with a little bit of citrus. They are sized similarly to a cigarette which is helpful to mimic the action. The draw on them is similar to a cigarette as well which makes them a good option. Price is reasonable. My only complaint is that I feel they could taste a bit better.
