  PINK is NOT PINK!

  The “PINK” leans more toward red. Which I HATE! But, I will KEEP IT because the other colors are not currently 30% off & I don’t want to deal with exchanging it.I have previously owned the 5200mAh version for about a year. I bought this one because my mom lost my previous one. Anyways. Let’s list some PROS & CONS of each.5200mAh Version:PROS- Smaller and Slimmer: fits in pockets well and doesn’t take up to much space- Lighter: You can put it in the pocket of a hoodie without weighing it down.CONSIs it ON?: You don’t really know if it’s on or off. The LED turns on any time you push a button.10,000mAhPROS:- Larger Capacity: Will power on for a longer period of time and has the ability to add more power when charging devices.- Power Switch- Power Output/Input: I like that there is Type-C and regular USB. I can use it to charge multiple things without additional conversion cables.CONS:- UGLY “PINK”- Big & HeavyI marked it as a 3 because I am comparing it to the previous one I had. How are you going to make a BIGGER and UGLIER and HEAVIER product than the previous model?It works great. Warms up fast. The 5200mAh would last for about 6 hours of continuous use @113•F. So I hope that this one exceeds that as it’s bigger and has a larger battery.

  Good warmer

  This hand warmer is very nice. The design makes it comfortable in your hand. It heats up fast. The reason it only has 3 stars is that this is my second one. The warmer dies and it would not charge back up for me. The company was good and exchanged it.

  Quality hand warmer/power bank - belongs in every hiking pack. Cats love it too.

  I wasn't prepared for the high quality product I received. I've seen lots of hand warmers on Bolo and sort of assumed that they were cheaply made and maybe a bit sketchy. Not this one though!Everything about this product says quality. First off, I was impressed that it comes in an attractive shrink-wrapped printed box as opposed to the generic brown boxes so many Chinese products come in. Then when I opened the package I was happily surprised by the matte black hand warmer/power bank itself. It's so nice and smooth and visually very appealing too. To me it's the most attractive such unit on Bolo and it fits in my hand perfectly. It also comes with a super-soft velvety grey pouch to keep it in. When it's really cold and you haven't turned on the heater yet, this makes it feel better in your hand. It also stores the included 6" USB-A to USB-C charging cord. Also included is a short 6" rubber lanyard that attaches to the unit so you don't drop it.When I turned on the unit, it was at 52% charge. I initially tried to charge it up through my computer USB-C port but that didn't seem to work. Then I tried charging it from another power bank twice its power which also didn't work. No mention of proper charging procedure is made in the one-page instructions or even which port to use to charge it. Was the input through the USB-C or USB-A port? When I finally tried charging it directly from my powerful 96W MacBook Pro USB-C charger it worked right away. This isn't a complaint about the product...just a heads-up to anyone who purchases this. You may not be able to charge from every source you try, but the right USB-C connection definitely works. The unit charged up from 52% to 100% in an hour and 53 minutes. Based on this test, I'd guess a charge time of about 4 hours from 0% to 100%.The hand warmer function works very fast and well. It is literally only a few seconds before you start to feel the warmth spreading from the unit to your hand. It heats up very quickly, with the temperature reading rising 26 degrees from 87F to 113F in just 55 seconds...about 1 degree rise every 2 seconds. It's remarkable how fast the warmth from just one hand starts to spread through the body as it warms your blood. I think I will use this a lot more than initially anticipated. I love that this unit allows temperature adjustment between 95F and 131F in less than 2 degree increments. This is far better than some hand warmers I've seen that only have a few settings that will mostly likely all be a bit too warm or cool for you on a given day.I would have ordered this unit even if it didn't double as a power bank. I already have 20,000 mAh and 15,000 mAh power banks. So why would I use this as a 10,000 mAh power bank? 3 main reasons...#1 This one is much lighter than the other two (7.1 oz vs 10 oz and 14.8 oz for the others)#2 I'd rarely use even 20% of this power bank for charging during a hike. My iPhone has a 2716 mAh battery so I could recharge it nearly 4 times with this power bank. In real life, the most I need is about 2,000 mAh to top off my phone when it dips below 20% charge.#3 This is my only power bank that doubles as a hand warmer.All 3 of these reasons make it a great choice for my regular hiking trips. I have to carry less weight and yet I have the extra hand warmer function when I need it. So often I'll get cold on the trail, especially during the last few miles as the sun is setting. Now I have a way to warm myself when the sun gets low and temps dip down.I have to hand it to Unigear for making a unit capable of hand warming AND 20A fast charging at such a light weight. For comparison, the dedicated 20,000 mAh power bank I have is 14.8oz...over twice as heavy as the Unigear hand warmer. I could buy 2 Unigear hand warmers and have the same 20,000 mAh of battery power AND hand warming functions for half an ounce less weight than just one power bank that won't warm my hands. That would also allow me to warm my hand with one of them while charging a device with the other...or charge two devices at once with the full 20A fast charge function. I could also warm both hands at once with one hand warmer in each pocket or share one with a friend for hand warming or charging. The possibilities are numerous when you travel with 2 of these hand warmer/power banks.A final point that may be relevant to some. I was playing with the hand warmer and my cats came up on the bed to cuddle. I showed it to one cat as she was curled up in my lap. She reached out and hugged it to her chest. After a while I tried to slowly slide it away and she tried repeatedly to claw it back. I then held it in my hand next to my other cat cuddled up beside me. She started purring and put her feet on it. I left it next to her while I was on the computer and when I checked a few minutes later she had pulled it in under her and was happily sleeping on it. I'd never considered sharing with my cats but they seem to love it. It would be great to have one for each person and pet in the family for if the heat ever goes out in the winter.As you might guess, I'm pretty enthused with this product and on the edge of purchasing another. I would give it 6 stars if I could.
