      Flavor: I would say, use the mint balls and if you like menthol then you would like this!!!Pain Relief: Cigarette craving for myself who likes menthol Cigarettes also, I say this was a life saver when quitting! I would even use the cig with the mint ball without lighting it at all. I say this is a great tool to use when you are quitting. (Along with a Nicotine Patch.)Value for Money: Well this has helped me so much, instead of lighting a smoke I lighting this and I didn't smoke many but I love it.I love it so much that I bought 2 orders of it and use it as a no smoking tool for my husband and if I need one. But, I have been doing great.I fully recommend this to anyone who wants to quit Nicotine and quit cold turkey, it Honestly does help! But, I also suggest that you do go the path of Patches, if you have a hard time quitting and staying quit.Using these as a back up, as an added thing to make sure you do not mess up, especially if you have a strong determination but still know you will endure being weak sometimes.       The first few cigarettes may be hard to get used to however it does help ease off any cravings for tobacco or nicotine they don’t last longer than the average cigarette 1-3 minutes most I personally wish that they would make them easier to read for English readers and writers once you get the cigarette down further to the filter just be warned that it does heat up once you feel that heat you have 1-2 additional hits or puffs some might say before you need to get rid of that cigarette

      The burn is very fat, ash just falls off with out any warning unless you have time in your day to sit and watch a it buth;absolutely pathetic. The taste of “tea”. Laughable. Worst tasting I have tried. Trying to quit smoking? These will only make run out Fast for real cigarettes. Horrible
