  I bought this backpack because a previous one I had purchased was technically too big for under the seat on United. I had used the previous one before and flight attendants questioned me. I had to fill it more for this trip and was worried they'd actually make me check it this time so I decided on buying a new backpack.I searched high and low for a backpack that met United's under the seat policy. I am 4'10", shy, and a bundle of anxiety so I want to fly independently and without issue. I don't want to ask someone to help over head and I don't want flight attendants coming up to me.I had packed this thing as full as I could possibly get it. I was worried about the seams but they held out. I think the two clips on each side really helped with that. It took the pressure off the zipper seams. I was still worried about the clip seams, but again, it was fine and held out. I had a travel day, a full day of work, then a travel day so it was a really short trip but with it being business related, I overpacked a bit to be sure I always had clean, stain free, wrinkle free clothing. I shoved 5 outfits in total, plus a sweater. I had "ballet flat" shoes that fit perfectly in the shoe compartment. I also brought my Nintendo Switch which has a hard cover case, a couple of chargers. I had the bathroom necessities in sizes that could be carried on. I clipped my neck pillow to the outside.It technically did fit under the seat but it was still a tiny bit big. I was still worried the flight attendants may say something as anyone in my row would have to step over it a bit, but unclipping the neck pillow made it less noticeable and no one said anything.It was comfy to carry. The material is really nice and seems like it'd be easy to wash when the time comes. The light pink is really pretty too. I would imagine it'll be easy to dirty but that didn't happen on this one trip.Overall I am really happy for this bag and am glad I now have a good option for this short annual business trip I have.

  Bolo would not let me post my videos… But trust me, this backpack is everything!Great quality, holds 10 times more than I expected it would, especially if you use compression bags.I was able to fit everything I needed for a 10 day trip to Italy in this bag! So many compartments, tons of extra pockets. Feels high-quality... I mean I had this thing stuffed to the brim, and it did not feel like the zipper was straining at all. I was able to fit two pairs of shoes, my laptop, my curling iron, all of my clothes, toiletries, makeup, tons of little personal items and wear it on my back comfortably! The padding is nice and soft against your back, and the straps are as well. I highly recommend this bag! It's perfect for carry-on, even in Europe!! I would recommend this to anyone! I will update my review once my trip is complete!

  I got this for travel as my “personal item” for plane rides , to carry in addition to my “carry on” (I got size Large and it’s plenty big but does fit under the seat if I don’t over stuff)I love the shoe pocket, keeping my other items clean. I can get two typica size pairs of shoes in there. Of course it fills up the inside if you do use shoe compartment but there is still plenty of room for all my toiletries, an outfit I couldn’t squeeze into my carry on , travel blanket , phone cords, snacks , etc.it stays clean and new looking.The straps on the sides really do help squeeze the bag into a smaller over all depth which has been great. The phone charging port is great and the pocket in the back is by far the most secure place to put items you want to keep secure while wearing it. This bag really is perfect.It will be a my go-to back pack for probably the rest of my life.

  I got the standard bag (smaller of the two) because I wanted to play it safe with personal item dimensions for Spirit. The bigger size is a little bit over and I didn’t want to chance it.When this first arrived, I was very unsure. It looked SMALL out of the package. I’m only going on a weekend trip (2 nights, 3 days) so I didn’t need a lot, but still… I had my doubts.I went ahead and packed it anyway. The pockets are spacious enough and there are a LOT of nooks and crannies for stuff. I was able to fit a LOT more than I expected.Just to demonstrate, I fit:- 5 tops- 3 bottoms (shorts and jeans)- A pair of sandals- Undergarments for 3 days- 8 travel sized bottles of toiletries- Full sized deodorant- Toothbrush- Razor- Full sized hairbrush- A belt bag- A makeup bag- Scrunchie- Claw clip- AirPods- Kindle- Battery pack- 3 charging cords- 3 small bottles of medicine- An LED travel mirror- A hair towel- Glasses- Contacts- 2 snack bars- A travel sized pack of nuts- 3 electrolyte packetsAnd it was easy to zip up. I really don’t feel like I had to make many sacrifices, and honestly probably overpacked for what I need.Now, I’m traveling in the summer, so I don’t need a lot. I’m also a pretty small person. So my clothes don’t take up a lot of space for this trip. The winter? That would be a different story. But this is a nice option to cut down on baggage costs. It feels like it will hold up. I’m glad I got it!

  I recently ordered 4 of this style backpack from Bolo, all with slightly different features. This bag would be perfect if it had the stow-away straps and side carry handle, and a few more interior pockets. The wet compartment is a good idea but not efficient for storing more. BUT what sold me on this one, is how much more sturdy it was from the rest. It came in a box, as the rest came folded in half in a bag. The back is much more solid and definitely more comfortable and safe for laptop. The material also feels much more thick and less likely to rip than the others. It's not ideal with compartments, but might last longer in the end. Plus it was the cheapest!
