  I can't explain but it helps, it's nicotine free. I have to quit smoking before my spine surgery. Doc says no nicotine so I couldn't use a patch. So here goes it's been 24 hours so far. I will come back for an update

  I would recommend as an alternative to this one of the inhalers for nausea which come in many flavors are larger more cigarette size and give a really good amount of flavor
