      Update: I cannot be happier with the experience I have had with the good people of Lusper. I had previously bought a bench and some issues did arrive. The company itself proactively reached out and rectified the issue. My new bench is a godsend. Not only is it better but it is much more dependable, sturdy, and better made than the first.The assembly was each and to the point, the materials are strong, and the bench is modern looking. It is also very bell balanced and meets all of my needs. I have found forward facing lateral raises and back flys are very safe.it is also a great bench to work on curls and military presses. The foot hooks add to the intensity of my crunches.I really enjoy the fact that the cushion can be brought in and the gap removed making crunches easier and also how the unit itself folds up for easy storage. My only recommendation would be that the company considers producing an assembly and exercise video which could also included an explanation of how to fold up the bench.In ending I would like to say this company was great. They went above and beyond and totally fulfilled my wish of an affordable weight bench. I am now considering a purchase of their free weights as a compliment to my now growing home gym.Five stars for price, dependability, and customer satisfaction.

      I had thought about buying a bench for months, but I could never find the right combination of function, style, and cost. I found all three with the Lusper. It was super simple to put together out of the box, and within minutes, I had it placed and ready to roll. The bench itself has a lot of functionality and uses, but what I like best is the fit. It's not narrow, which I have found with many benches, but it's also not too wide and bulky, which makes it hard to do exercises like dumbbell flys, etc... The other piece I really enjoy is the headrest. That little bit of extra length makes a world of difference. You've all used a bench that's too short, and one part of your body hangs off? Well, not with this bench.This is a great bench at a great price.

      I originally bought the FlyBird Bench Found Here: https://amzn.to/3OHY5zXBut my head would dangle off the end of the 30" backboard. I'm 6' 1" (185.42 CM)So I returned the FlyBird and bought the Lusper and my head doesn't dangle off the backboard and it fully supports my neck and head. It's Virtually identical to the FlyBird except for the Extended backboard and the Lusper is quite cheaper. In a nutshell if you're 5' 7" (170 CM) or Taller don't get the Flybird and get the Lusper instead. If you're 5' 7" (170 CM) or LESS, then it doesn't matter which one you get.

      I like this bench because it was one of the wider ones available and also because the length accommodates my height better. It was simple to assemble and, after using it for a while, I find it to be comfortable, easy to adjust, and very sturdy. I like that the incline is easily adjustable, but that once in place it is not going to slip.I use it for working with my dumbells and it is perfect for that use. If you are going to use it with barbells doing benchpresses, I would check the weight limit on the bench before buying.

      8/10/23 - Customer service reached out to me after my initial review and was very helpful in resolving my issue with the bench. I appreciate the engagement and willingness to go the extra mile.After putting this together, I realize that the head piece will not fit no matter what I do. Upon closer inspection, there is an obstruction in one of the holes of the headpiece. I tried to contact Customer Service about this, but did not receive an adequate response.
