  I have a substantial home gym in my basement. Dumbbells up to 85 lbs and about 1000 lbs of olympic weights and various equipment.I have been searching for an adjustable bench for about 2 years that wasn't overly expensive, but would provide the support for the weight I want to move.I am 5'10" and weigh approximately 240 lbs at the moment. This bench supports me very well, and so far I have zero concerns that it is going to fail.Pros:Very lightweight and easy to move aroundPadding is comfortable and my exercises are going wellExercises performed so far (Incline dumbbell press, incline barbell press, incline flies, dumbbell lat pulls, shoulder dumbbell press)205lb incline bench for 10 reps feels smooth and secure, bench isn't wobblingCons:Can't just pick the bench up from the bottom like my flat bench. The support post for the back of the bench will disengage from various mounts. Can be awkward to pick it up and move it around.Because the bench is so light, it will actually slide across my gym mats while I am setting up my feet for my liftThe material enclosing the padding is starting to bunch up in a few placesOverall, this bench is serving its purpose extremely well. I was able to get it on Prime day for a crazy good deal, but even at the normal price, it would be worth the purchase. I'm very happy with this bench, and am hoping to get a few solid years out of it.

  When the bench arrived I opened the box and the unit was already assembled except for 2 pins and foot holder piece. All in all I had it ready to use in 3 minutes. Would recommend to everyone.
