  Great Flavors. No crash

  With Zoa unlike other mainstream drinks, I do not experience a crash. Some energy drinks even noticeably raise my heart rate too much. I really like the flavors and so far cherry limeade is my favorite. I can definitely taste the lime/lemonade flavor which you feel towards the end with the cherry being the initial flavor. I will say if you like the flavor of redbull, the strawberry watermelon Zoa reminded me of the flavor immediately when I tasted it. Can't wait to try different flavors.

  Did The Flavor Change With The Can Redesign?

  I’ve been enjoying Zoa over every other energy drink for the last couple years. Of all the flavors of all of the energy drinks, “tropical fruit” or “fruit punch” flavors are my favorite. Zoa’s Tropical Punch went to the top of my list at first taste. I like that they keep their drinks natural and low-to-no sugar.I do have some issues with their recent can redesign, though. Having that bright red and black can was easy to spot while shopping. In my mind, red equals tropical/fruit punch. Changing to a blue can design for this flavor doesn’t make sense to me as far as having a customer quickly and easily identify flavor.More importantly, the first batch I ordered post-red cans tastes like a different formula. Has it changed? No clue. But now I’m always going to wonder if the flavor was intentionally changed along with the can.I’ll still order these, but probably less frequently than before. Rockstar Fruit Punch has a better chance of being ordered as my primary energy drink of choice now.

  Great Flavor Ruined by Horrible Smell

  So I shared the can with a friend; poured out half into a cup and I kept the other half in the can. The flavor was good and the energy effects were great and what I was expecting/hoping for. However I smelled something funky every time I took a sip. To me, it smelled like canned cat food. I thought it was the can so I tried wiping the can more (as I always do when drinking canned drinks) to no avail, the smell stayed.I hadn't mentioned my opinions yet to said friend, but I had asked her what she thought of the drink. She said there was a weird smell or aftertaste that she couldn't quite pinpoint. So therefore it was not just me, nor just the can itself. Unfortunately I can not return the product, but I am not a huge fan and did cancel my subscribe & save that I had originally set up for these drinks.

  Tastes great! And does the trick!

  I love that it doesn't have the typical energy drink taste. I would say my favorite flavor is the tropical punch, but I've liked every flavor I've had so far. ZOA gives me the kick I need to get going in the morning. I start each day with a can and I currently have these on subscription delivery, a case every two weeks.

  Best energy drink out there!

  I bought the first case by mistake, & we're glad that I did! Zoa is, by far, the best energy drink on the market, & it really works!I gave two cans to my dietician, who looked at me like I had gone crazy. But then she checked out the ingredients, drank a can, & asked me where she could buy it!
