  Had dramatic improvement

  I’m 55 and have experienced rather urgent and frequent urination for about eight years. I raised this issue to my physician when it first developed and was told to reduce caffeine intake and switch or eliminate artificial sweeteners. I did both of these but noted only negligible improvement. In the last couple years, I noticed I was urinating at least twenty times daily with sometimes only 10-15 minutes between urges. I ordered this product without much optimism but have been shocked by its effectiveness. My frequency dropped from >20 to urinating only around 5 times per day. Urgency was also almost eliminated. This happened on day one of using the product. The only possible side-effect I’ve noted has been a slightly disturbed stomach, but this has been very mild and might or might not be related to the product. At this point, I’ve only been using the product for five days. If effectiveness diminishes or I notice other side effects, I will update this review. So far quite impressed.

  Worked better than I expected

  I have struggled with overactive bladder for 25 years. I have tried all the suggestions with cutting my drinking off before a certain time at night, no coffee, no citrus, meds prescribed from doctor. I still managed to make several trips to the bathroom at night constantly interrupting my sleep. I woke up exhausted from always having to use it during the night.This product has been very helpful to me because it has reduced me down to one trip at night. My sleeping has improved quite a bit albeit it could be better but I’ll take what I can get. This product gets 4 stars because remembering to take it before you eat is so hard to remember. Other than that I would recommend it.

  It works!

  I've tried many supplements for an overactive bladder, and this one worked much better than the others. It's not a magic bullet - there are still days when my bladder acts up even with the supplement - but I'm impressed that it works most of the time.The company ships quickly.Overall, a very good experience with this product.

  Very helpful

  The only downside is that “apparently” like some medications, herbal remedies can be adaptogenic. Meaning MY body can got use to a dosage then it become less effective and I had to increase the dose and so on. I had to cycle on and off every two weeks.

  Opposite Effect

  I am not saying this supplement combination is bad. I am just saying that for me it did not work. In fact my frequency of urination actually increased and there was a certain looseness in other areas.Go ahead and try it, and it may work for you.
