      It had bugs

      I didn't even get a chance to use it. Opened a new bag and scooped out 1cup for a recipe. It had a grub like worm in it. Upon further inspection it's webbing or dropping or something was clumping parts of the rest of the bag. I threw it all out immediately.

      The Odor is Bad

      The smell and taste of this rice flour is very strong and not good. I use a lot of organic rice in my cooking and I use rice milk too. None of those things smell like this product. The odor in this is like a strong weed or wheat grass smell that is hard to ignore. Very gamey.

      Had Bugs and more grainy powder than soft fine flour

      Very disappointed with this buy. First, it had bugs. I have attached images as well. I literally scanned it so minutely hoping I am wrong and it just random rice hull but as I kept stirring the powder in water, more kept surfacing. Checked the unused part as well. Had bugs. So I discarded the whole packet.Second, I was looking for rice flour but this is more like a grainy powder. So it’s not a correct description. Wasted my money thinking I am getting a quality product but one it was not what I wanted and then had bugs in it. 👎🏻

      Second Bag Had BUGS

      The first bag was great. It performed well and did not have strange flavors or odors. I ordered a second bag and it had BUGS. Yes, gross worm-like BUGS in the flour. It also looked like it had ground-up Wing Pieces. I wonder if the BUGS were also organic. Crap product! I Will not buy again.

      Bugs!

      Yikes! I ordered mine on Dec 10, 2020. I filled a canister and just went to use it to line my banneton and saw a bug crawling around in it. I hope I hadn't used it before!!! I shook up the canister and found that there were many more bugs in there. Went on the product page to make sure the bug issue was just in my rice flour and not in my other grains or flours. I was relieved to read that it seemed to come from this rice flour. I tossed the whole canister. Ick!
