      It’s too lumpy

      This is the worst pillow I’ve ever bought. It’s too lumpy for my taste, plus it feels hot. It felt like I rolled up my winter coat and tried to sleep on that. Or like a throw pillow that’s been washed too many times. I also disliked how my pillow case would not stay smooth and tight because of all the crazy lumps. I prefer an even surfaced pillow. With all the chopped up memory foam lumps there’s no forming it and keeping it how you want. Every time you move you have to readjust the whole thing. I don’t know how anybody likes this type of pillow. I’ll be returning it if I can.

      Got a shoulder injury somehow. Don't risk it with this pillow.

      I took a chance despite some of the reviews. For several nights, I made adjustments to the amount of foam in the pillow*. I was getting severe neck pains, but I suspected the pillow was too high or too low. (I'm a side sleeper with some angled stomach sleeping.) One night, I woke up with excruciating pain in my shoulder. I readjusted and went back to sleep. It's been 5 months and my shoulder STILL hasn't healed. I can't move my right shoulder overhead or across my chest. I was 29 when I got the injury, so I'm young, healthy, no previous injuries or ever had the situation happen before. The pillow was so uncomfortable that I much have hyperextended my shoulder trying to get comfortable.*It's either FAR too thick or the foam moves around at night so you're head is sitting basically on the mattress and all the foam is at the top.

      Not enough resistance for support.

      This pillow is extremely soft but lacks resistance for support. Instead of chunks of memory foam inside its finely shredded strips. I'm a large man and unfortunately my head just sank into the middle and compressed everything. The foam needs to be thicker and have more resistance. My old memory foam cluster pillow eventually flattened out and is too thin now to give proper neck support but the store I bought them from, stopped carrying them or any other cluster pillows. I ended up returning this one after trying it for a couple nights. This would be fine for a smaller, lighter person but wasnt for me. The search for the perfect pillow continues.

      Couldn't get rid of chemical smell

      Wanted to like this pillow but never used it. Followed instructions To fluff and then get rid of smell but even after 24 hours smelled of chemicals...then I thought why am I even trying to expose myself to this? Why would one want a pillow that you have to treat for chemical smell before using? Don't understand why anyone would but there seems to be a lot of similar complaints this month. A bad batch?

      The Perfect Pillow For Me!

      I'm a pillow person. My head is on one. I hug one. My leg rests on one. The one for my head has given me problems for years. Normally the foam pieces in a pillow are too big, huge in fact. I can never get comfortable. THIS PILLOW HAS SMALL SHREDS. It keeps your head aloft without feeling chunks of foam on your face. The foam can be accessed via a zipper so you can take some out if you like or, like me, add a bit. Customer service was great, and they sent me what I needed to make my pillow just right for ME. Highly recommended.
