Great, but not so great!
The mouth piece is great but the lanyard is not that great. If whatever sport you’re using this for, requires it to be tethered to another piece of equipment, this is not the mouthpiece for you
Not durable
Not very durable. With normal use over a very short flag football season, my son kept having chunks of this in his mouth. I’m sure he was chewing on it, but I expect it to hold up better, considering that’s what’s its for...
Disappointed
After only a few practices and one game this is already falling apart at the mouth part. He said he has not been chewing on it either. Disappointed because his cheaper ones hold up much better.

Great mouth guard for flag football my son is autistic and has a problem with keeping the guards in his mouth without gagging and this one finally worked for him. Worth the money
