  Update after finishing my first bottle: it freaking works! Just before I started taking these I buzzed my hair into a cute, punky cut that I loved. These gummies are responsible for me having to go get it buzzed again after 4 weeks! The dude who cuts my hair was genuinely shocked at how fast it had grown. The girl at my usual bagel place commented on how quickly it was growing out when she saw me after I hadn't been in for a few weeks. My nails were muuuch less brittle too. I usually had 1 gummy every day but occasionally did take the recommended 2.So, this stuff has my full endorsementOriginal review:I really like this company and because I've bought several of their products in the past, I knew that I would like the sort of packaging and aesthetic that they have. It feels very wholesome and friendly, it's all easy to read and understand. I've been a vegetarian for more than 15 years and I am really grateful that I can find great quality, plant-based supplements like this. I don't mind when gummy vitamins/supplements have sugar but I do like that this one manages to taste good (and doesn't taste like all the artificial flavors we're used to in fruit-flavored supplements) without the sugar. I actually feel like the gummies tasted really fresh, which was a surprising thing.In terms of how it works- I've been taking them for about a week and I can feel a difference in the strength of my nails. I haven't really noticed a difference in my skin or hair yet, but I have a good feeling about it.

  What you need to know!

  These gummies are the best I have tasted. It’s so good and I am surprised to know that these are vegan. Since I am a leukemia survivor, I try to find different ways to get my vitamins without having to take another pill. I’m now a new diabetic too and sugar free gummies are always a plus. If you’re health conscious and wants something that looks and tastes good, this is definitely one worth buying.

  Great Gummies but Not Enough Biotin

  I finished the bottle before writing this review. I've tried many of Mary Ruth's products and these don't disappoint in quality. You take two a day - usually I take mine with lunch as these contain B12 for added energy. The taste is very tart with a hint of sweetness. I'm impressed that these gummies don't contain added sugar and are not pork gellatin based. While I didn't notice much of an increase in energy or hair growth, I did notice my nails become longer and stronger slightly faster than usual. That being said, I don't think these gummies are strong enough for noticeable results (in my personal case). I also don't have a B12 deficiency. The product itself is great if you're needing a lower dose of biotin. I'd love to see Mary Ruth's develop a 10,000 mcg biotin gummy product in the future. For this reason, I most likely will not buy these again and will switch back to the higher count biotin capsules. My review is reflective of the quality of product these gummies are and not the fact that they didn't quite work for me - they may very well work out better for you!

  Perfect for my hair, nails, and skin!

  I have super curly hair and brittle nails. They both require supplements to keep looking healthy and vibrant. The Biotin vitamin chews were tasty and 100% Vegan. In a matter of a week I noticed improvement. These are definitely added to my vitamin regimen.

  Finally not a big stinky pill!

  I’ve always had horribly brittle nails and thin lifeless hair but the idea of taking vitamins that smell and taste nasty has always not been worth it to me. Now, with these gummies, I can finally say it’s worth it. They taste great, aren’t huge pills that I have to choke down, and as I’m seeing my postpartum hair loss return it’s coming back thicker! I’m looking forward to continuing to take these yummy gummies.
