About

The TEKTON 1/2 Inch Drive 6-Point Socket & Ratchet Set includes every socket from 3/8 to 1-5/16 inch and 10 to 32 mm with no skipped sizes. The set comes equipped with a 90-Tooth quick-release ratchet as well as a universal joint and extension, which aren’t often found in most sets. All of the tools come stored in a sturdy carrying case.

      A very nice and complete socket set but understand the size and weight of the case

      This set has every 1/2" drive socket that you're likely to ever need short of something extremely large. The fit-and-finish of the tools is top-notch, the 90-tooth ratchet is very smooth, and the case is durable. Overall an excellent value for a super-nice socket set. Do note that the full case weighs over 40 lbs and it covers a lot of real estate when opened flat so it isn't very handy to carry around and work out of. I knew this before buying and it isn't a problem for how I will use the set in the shop and around the farm but some folks might do better with several smaller sets if easier portability is important.

      Good value for the money

      It seems as if they are an great value the build quality and chrome finish are good. T would equate them to your dads old craftsman tools before the went to hell in hand basket. I would call the entry/mid level professional tools.

      Best bang for your buck

      This is the most complete set of 1/2” drive chrome sockets both metric and standard sets. I wouldn’t recommend trying to keep all the sockets in the case and carry around the case is super heavy with all the sockets in it. Great set to fill up a shop cart or road box. Definitely recommend it.

      Good sockets and support

      The sockets breaker and swivel are stout, I must have gotten a faulty produced ratchet because unfortunately it broke shortly after starting use however the Tekton customer support shipped me a new one at no cost at all with zero questions asked and it arrived promptly. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely purchase Tekton products again.
