The Black Seed is a good source of essential amino acids, omega-3, omega-6, omega-9, Vitamin A (Retinoids) and super nutrients Nigellone and Thymoquinone.

Black Seed oil is extracted from the seeds of black cumin (Nigella Sativa) plant native to southwest Asia. It is also known as Black Cumin Seed Oil, Nigella Sativa oil, or Kalonji oil, has an amber color and a spicy peppery taste.

      You’re not supposed to like the taste!

      I’m one of those people who chooses the health benefits over taste. Yes it tastes like pencil lead. Lol but I know that black seed oil is good for my immune system AND YES IT WORKS!I have both anemia and it’s helping. Also, fibromyalgia and it helps my muscles recover.I DO NOT take this on it’s own straight out the dropper. I mix it with a small amount of a healthy juice to somewhat override the taste and the only juice so far that can give you that, almost not there taste, is apple juice.The price was great for the size also! I will definitely be a repeat buyer and I do recommend.

      Pefect for regrowing sparse areas (in your hair)

      Due an allergic reaction to preservatives in commercial hair products, my edges began thinning slightly. After a bit of research, I purchased this product to see whether I could regrow, or thicken, sparse areas. Now that I've been using it consistently, once per day, for a month I am noticing both thickness and hair growth.

      It is working and doing what it is suppose to!

      I’ve been taking this for about 3 weeks and wow it did clean my digestive system at first 3 days but after I’ve been fun but what I’ve liked I’ve had energy increase but also it has helped the pain in my knees so much. My right knee had constant pain after pulling ligaments around my knee and within 4 days it was amazing how much better it felt. The taste is strong and it does burn a little going down. Almost like oil and pepper taste. But it doesn’t last long. It isn’t thick liquid which I’m glad about. I take it and drink something right after and do fine. It has helped my heartburn along with doing low carb and cutting sugars out.

      I was skeptical about this but WOW! I needed a noncomedogenic oil for GuaSha. I landed on this after a bit of research. The scent it quite peppery, but not offensive at all. The color is yellowy, not clear. But the oil absorbs nicely but still leaves the skin soft and moisturized. Since using this all my skin issues have decreased. Just check out my photo - my skin is glowing! Everything from random breakouts to hyperpigmentation and dryness have all calmed. I had a PMS cystic breakout, put this on it overnight and by morning it was completely gone!I would love to add this to my diet or get a vitamin of it since it has so many benefits but I take medication for fast heart rate and this can interact with that so for now it is just fantastic topically. I have not had any sort of reaction to it and am obsessed. I even added a touch of peppermint essential oil to a few drops and massaged onto a tight muscle in my back and it really gave me a lot of relief. Highly recommend!
