      Love this product

      I was looking for a foundation that was not only sheer but also something that matches my skin color. Well this one fits the bill. It's SUPER light, all day coverage, and hides imperfections. For easy blending I use a make up brush to apply. To color match I went to BarePro Performance's website to color match my previous foundation - matches perfectly. You won't go wrong with this product!! Love Love Love!!

      I’m not sure what they are asking for rating sheerness. But this is a buildable foundation that can achieve medium to full coverage based on application technique.This is my go to favorite foundation! I’ve worn Il Makiage ’woke up like this,’ MAC pro Longwear and studio fix as my dailies. I was working through my stash and pulled an old bottle of this out. It layers with powders so well! I can’t remember why I ever stopped using this. Set with NYX ‘can’t stop, won’t stop’ translucent powder and I’m good to go all day.I have super sensitive skin and I don’t break out when I accidentally sleep in it.

      I admit I am a tough critic when it comes to foundations. We’ve all seen (or been) the person whose face looks like it’s a mask because of the wrong type/application/color of foundation. And if you’re like me, you’ve probably wasted money on various foundations that work for someone else, but not your own skin.What I can tell you is that this foundation is lightweight and has a buildable coverage. At times, I just dabbed it with a beauty blender on the areas I needed to even out color-wise, so basically I was using it like a cc cream. When I went the “full-face” route, it applied and blended most naturally for me with a brush.Now, the negatives for me based upon my skin type (oily) & 43 years old 😆, were that the foundation dries rather quickly. I found myself applying more than I probably needed to try and even out blending issues. I also found that due to my oily skin type, the foundation wore off of my chin and cheeks more quickly. I used the Dermalogica primer, which is a BLESSING for those of us with enlarged pores, but it didn’t help the foundation stay. I’ve experimented with setting spray and powder, and for my skin type, this just isn’t a long-lasting winner.However I’d like to be clear that this is great for a more sheer, minimalist covering on my own skin.
