    Seems pretty Great

    The media could not be loaded.  So I got the green and black band. The green one is super thick and wide. I’m 5’7 and 200 pounds and I cannot do 1 pull up or push up . So I used both bands and I felt very secure and I was able to almost do 3 assisted pull-ups . Hoping for five with perfect form in the next week . But the band definitely helped .

    Most inexpensive heavy band you'll find.

    I use these bands to work large muscle groups-mainly legs, back, and chest. They are very wide, so to attach them to a bar, I actually use an ankle strap, and a snap clip on each end. It's better to use a wider bar rather than a shorter one with these because of the extra length caused by the attachment materials. If you need a narrower grip, you can still do that with a wider bar. The wider bar allows me to keep the push close in as well as farther out. It's not ideal, but to double the band, it's really the only realistic way I've found to do it.
