Will this projector mount fitting for me? Please check the following detail: Please check the wood studs on your ceiling. This mount can also be used on concrete and brick ceiling. NOTE: does NOT support vaulted ceiling and drywall. Please check the weight of your projector, the projector weight should be less than 44lbs (20kg). Check the mounting holes on the top of your projector and measure the distance between each hole. Your projector VESA mounting hole must be between 7.1” to 17.5”. Why choose WALI?       Solid. Well made. Adapts readily. Incredible versatile.

      it is seldom that I purchase something and think, "I would have paid 2-3x as much and still be satisfied!"No, this is not an 'easy' install. It will take 45-60 minutes in total. But that's ok because you only have to install your projector once. The product is incredibly well built. The instructions are easy to follow with M1, M2, M3 ... labels that match the clever washers and bolts packaging. There are extra parts for every possible combination of fitting to various projectors. Even the BenQ that has 3, unevenly spaced mounting points (ugh!), I was able to flip one of the mounting feet around and get this unit to work with relative ease. The fourth arm/foot is simply not needed (could remove; I left it attached).Because the armature has a single pin that slips into the spider (connected to the projector), you can quickly, repeatedly test-hang the unit to see if it is balanced and make adjustments until you get is just right. Once mounted to the ceiling, you need only do minor adjustment, firm the bolts with the provided Allen wrenches, and you are set until the next time you upgrade.I am so glad I did not purchase the $50 or $150 options as this is all I need.

      It says it’s 360? It is not!

      So this is the second one I’ve ordered. The first I sent back. The second one says it’s 360.It is not. The picture of the item is not the same as the item I received. It’s similar but does not rotate 360, which is pretty important to get it to line up to your screen.Also, the machining is wayyyyy off on a few bolts and screws which wouldn’t be a big deal if the thing swiveled 360 degrees like is posted! I was supposed to have this installed a couple weeks ago but after buying two sending back and reordering, I’ve run out of time. This could be a nice mount. Could be. If I can rig it someway, I will keep it but that is doubtful!The pics I post will be of the item pics vs. what I really received and the out of square mount.

      Wrong mounting screws

      Strong projector mount, but wrong mounting screws. I really wanted to give this 5 stars. It was the least expensive option, but it's definitely sturdy, thick metal. Lots of adjustment options so you just have to get your projector about in the right place, and then fine tune with the adjustments. However, when I tried mounting the bracket to the ceiling, the lag screws pulled right out of the anchors. My guess is that the screws are too small for these anchors. I can't pull the anchors out without tearing up the ceiling, and if I move the mount, the projector will be off centered. So now I have to go to home depot to get bigger size lag screws to mount my projector. Really a bummer. The rest of the mount is fine, but such a small detail like the anchor screws makes a big difference.

      Get what you pay for.

      Got the job done. Wanted to make a stand for my projector for outdoor movies. Materials it was made with are garbage. Many of the holes aren't predrilled correctly. Which causes the screws to go in uneven. Luckily im pretty handy and modified the stand. The locking washer that holds your projector up snapped off immediately after putting bracket on. I replaced those with a bolt and nut to make sure my projector doesnt fall out. Those 3 pieces are supposed to slide into each other but none of them lined up. So i had to bend the metal to get it to fit correctly. It worked so im happy.

      Will NOT work on drywall ceilings

      This product is very heavy by itself without the projector, just a note.I gave it 2 stars because while it’s a well made product, it was not made clear enough that it would not work on ceilings that are drywall, and not drywall with concrete on the other side.The (plastic) anchors were hard to put in and kept bending when going through the drywall. I can’t see how it would be possible for it to go through straight concrete.So now I’ve got holes in my ceiling and no way to return the product because the window to return ended.It’s also important to note that you’re screwed if you don’t have a drill bit.
