      Very adsorbent

      Very adsorbent and the fit is great. Bought for my son who has an enormous amount of urine due to insulin. He is a young adult weighing 260+ with CP. We can go places with a little more confidence of him not wetting through. Will buy more.

      Higher coverage in the back

      This is for my 96 years old mother who is wheelchair bonded. These covers slightly higher in the back than the Tena I used to buy, but certainly is more expensive in comparison..

      Best one on the market

      I have tried very many different name brands of these and there is nothing out there to compare to these.True they are not cheep but you get what you pay fore.One pair of these will outlast three pair of the other name brands out there.I can wear one pair of these all day shoping without changing also THEY HOLD SO MUCH YOU DONT HAVE TO CHANGE THREE TIMES a day out shopping.Even some others that cost more dont even hold a candle to these.If I want to set all day and watch tv without getting up and going to the rest room I use these just make shure you get the right size as that makes a big differance in performance.

      I've been buying these in size LARGE for over 2.5 years and the Abena Abri Flex are the BEST EVER. They are super absorbent (see the capacity listed with product description), soft, and urine is wicked away without bulk.SIZE XL: While the Large size fit me fine, I tried the XL size. The length from waistband to crotch area is SUPER LONG. As the underwear filled w urine, the crotch dropped halfway down my thighs.Unless you REALLY need size XL, I suggest you stick with the Large.
