  Great Steamer! Long review...

  Fantastic steamer! I love these also have the Japanese style towel warming function as I love using hot, sterile towels to wipe my hands and face and this is great for the pores, to cleanse. These are great medical devices for those with sinusitis as it cuts down on the use of prescription drugs. It opened up my partially blocked sinus cavity easily and has made me much more comfortable with less sinus drainage than I had before using it. It can be fit in to ones skin care regimen rather easily. I recommend filling these with distilled water and wiping them out with a cloth after use. I can use the towel compartment of mine to also sterilize my skin equipment easily before use. The only suggestion for improvement would be a timer with the towel function, where it automatically beeps and turns off after 5 minutes on that setting. Otherwise these are 5 star. I just use my manual hand timer to time mine when warming a towel. Great also to warm a towel for after a do it yourself manicure or pedicure.UPDATE: I realized that I can also use my nanosteamer as a jewelry cleaner by using the towel compartment; and/or the facial steamer function for things such as cleaning my watch by holding it with tweezers above my steamer. So I therefore recommend these types of steamers for multi tasking. For example to cleanse sinuses, humidify if needed (I put mine on sometimes when I give myself a manicure/pedicure before a shower,) to clean jewelry. Old toothbrushes also make great jewelry cleaning brushes. I was analzing my jewelry cleaner, the dipping kind with the tray and built in brush and the pen kind with the brush. I realized there was a lot of packaging waste that might have been difficult to recycle properly at the recycling center for the used plastics. See, the brushes are reusable, so is the tray and the brush on the pen also. I pulled my empty jewlry pen cleaner apart and saw it could be refilled. I made my own jewlry cleaning solution and tested it. I used 1/2 Castille Soap to 1/2 distilled water. It works just as good if not better than my store bough jewelry cleaners. So now i just refill the pen and also a small spray bottle and spray my jelry with the cleaner then use one of my old jewelry brushes and I am no longer throwing away jewelry cleaning solution containers as a result and my environmental footprint is slightly smaller. I USED to want a jewelry steamer but kept waiting and wondering if there was another way to do it with a more multi tasking device. I found out these NanoSteamers with the towel compartments are great for this. Silk ties can also be placed briefly in these types of steamers to remove wrinkles as well as silk underwear, handkerchiefs, etc. Underwear can also be warmed prior to wear in the steam compartments with a caveat of caution with this as the steam compartment gets any fabric VERY hot and it must be removed with tongs and cooled a bit prior to wear so as not to hurt or burn. Those that enjoy or might enjoy heated stone massages will find these nanosteamers can possibly be so fantastic as the stones can be placed in the steamer compartment and removed with tongs. Check the temperature before using so as not to burn. Even when by oneself heated massage stones can be placed on a towel and the feet rest over them after a self done essential oil foot bath and pedicure. This allows for more relaxation after the work of doing one’s own pedicure. Heated hair oil treatments can also be heated with steam of course. Tweezers, makeup brushes can also be steamed before reuse, etc., etc.-Julie SandsUPDATE 4/22/19: Some really nice folks at a seed company shared with me their Allergy Relief Recipe and I used it and it cured my allergies. Over several decades I had taken many prescription allergy meds, went to an allergist, and even used a saline nasal rinse product. They had abated quite a bit but still I was using Sudafed at least once a day, sometimes Benadryl and sniffling at times until I used the Allergy Relief Recipe in a roll on. It cured me! I have not taken Sudafed in over a month. I roll it under my nose and at the back of my neck, the base of my hairline area. So I am so glad I started making roll ons! The recipe that cured me is 10 drops Peppermint Oil, 10 drops Lavender Oil, and 10 drops Lemon Oil-the remainder is Fractionated Coconut Oil, apply as needed to cure allergies or recover quick from a cold or cough. It even works to stop the itch of dermatitis or insect bites if rolled on the affected area.Recently my spouse had caught a bad cough with sneezing that had been going around his workplace. Some others had spent money going to the doctor and for prescriptions and still were ill for at least a week. Instead of going to the doctor I had him use the allergy roll on, filled my diffusers with 3 drops lemon oil, 3 drops, peppermint oil, 3 drops lavender oil and 1 drop of tea tree oil to disinfect. Then I had him use my nano steamer on the facial steamer setting and sprayed a menthol, thymol, eucalyptus mist in the air as he did this. He also used this mist while showering. I also made a huge pot of my special homemade ALL VEGETARIAN BUT IT SURE TASTES JUST LIKE CHICKEN SOUP, and had him eat it all weekend and sit out in the sun for additional Vitamin D production. He made two loaves of low fat homemade bread using my recipes, one raisin to go with it. He was cured from the very severe sounding bronchitis/cold in a weekend. He only used the facial steamer once but I feel if he had used the facial steamer treatment 4 times in one day he would have been cured in just one day instead of three.

  Glowing Skin and better breathing

  I love, love, love this item. It not only is a humidifier, but a facial steamer as well. It has helped me tremendously to bring moisture into the air in my house where the air tends to be very dry, whichgives me a dry cough.I have also been using this everyday to steam my face before my daily cleansing ritual. WOW, what a huge difference in my skin. It is absolutely beautiful, soft, smooth, glowing. No more problems with little breakouts, or dull lifeless skin.10 stars out of 5.

  Pretty good facial

  I was skeptical but it does work. The steam is hot and I used for the recommended 30 minutes.More importantly the humidifier also works for my feline Cali stuffy nose and sneezing. One review pointed out they used it as a humidifier for their cat.My face feels like I had a $200 facial. My skin is smooth, I can feel the dead cells have been lifted. I used the elliptical tip first, then the diamond tip, and small tip.

  No regrets whatsoever

  I purchased this as part of my new self care routine. I wanted an easy to use steamer that will clean my face before going to bed and open up my pores so I add my night creams. I have no regrets for buying it. It heats up quickly and quietly, the steamer and towel heating features work very well, and it’s super easy to use. The only reason I’m not giving this a five star review is because I sometimes struggle turning the knob (I have slight arthritis in my fingers) and the neck doesn’t tilt (which would help reach my neck/chest area a bit better). Otherwise, it does the job and I love adding chamomile tea into the water for a bit more of a spa experience. I’m very, very happy with this purchase!!

  Great for quick and easy pampering

  I have this on my bathroom vanity, ready to do a quick pampering session any time! It really does a great job. I haven't used the humidifier function. The towel function is great... Yes, you really do need tongs to remove the towel as it will be hot! Of course it's not really a towel but more fitting for a washcloth. And you have to fold it just right so that it will fit in there with the top on. The only other issue I have is that the knob can be a little hard to turn. I bought as an impulse purchase and in a month I've already used it so many times that it's definitely worth it and part of my regular skin care regime now.
