Perfect for one-pan meals and complex dishes, this multipurpose sauté pan will be your constant kitchen companion. The pan’s Thermolon healthy ceramic nonstick coating is reinforced with diamonds to make it metal utensil safe and ultra heat responsive. GreenPan’s ceramic nonstick coating helps you make any meal healthier because it’s free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium and will never release toxic fumes, even when overheated. This sauté pan is crafted with hard anodized aluminum, which is 2x stronger than stainless steel and promotes quick, even heating. A stainless steel lid makes it easy to take your pan from the stovetop to the oven and the stainless steel handles are ergonomic and riveted for a strong hold. Dishwasher safe. Oven and broiler safe up to 600°F. Limited lifetime warranty.
