These bumper plates are competition quality, built with solid rubber and steel hubs. Built to be safely dropped from overhead with little to no risk of damaging your floors or other equipment, these are perfect for competition training at home or in the gym. The steel hubs reinforce the holes and protect the bar at the same time. These bumper plates are available in Kilograms and Pounds; KILOGRAMS: 10 (green), 15 (yellow), 20 (blue) and 25 (red); POUNDS: 25 pounds (green), 35 pounds (yellow), 45 pounds (blue) and 55 pounds (red). Each plate has the same diameter and is built to fit on Olympic bars (which have a 2-inch sleeve diameter). 30 Day manufacturer’s warranty. Each weight is sold individually.

      Great plate, but limited to 3 plates

      Awesome bumper plate, I was very surprised as most CAP products aren’t high quality. Only problem is the seller limited my order quantity to 3 plates...what good is that?

      Great Price for a well designed Olympic bumper plate

      The CAP 25Kg plates are durable, clean looking and very competitively priced. The metal centers fit well on the competition bars. One thing though is that the CAP Olympic plates are a little bit thicker than some of the other manufacturers, so for a full bar you have to get creative so that you can still accommodate the locking collars. The bottom line is the CAP 25Kg plates are well manufactured and priced well below several of the other suppliers. Great Deal.

      Living in Hawaii shipping is kills any deals out there. I have again faster training kg plates and the cap barbell kg plates are slightly larger in diameter. I used then for a few days so far and there seem of good quality. You know all these plates are made in China anyways So I don't mind having "generic" training plates. I paid 118 each shipped and that's a steal.

      Very pleased with this quality product

      Wonderful fit on my bar, slides on without much resistance, but snug enough without collars to stay in place. If I did more dynamic moments with my bar, i would recommend collars though.

      Ordered a 45 lb, received a 20 kg...0

      I ordered a 45 lbs. plate and what I got instead was a 20 kg plate. This is fine for practice but the plate needs to indicate the appropriate weight for competition and these are competition plates. This plate was very expensive and I did not return it simply because of the shipping expenses. Disappointed and frustrated to say the least.
