    I love to use these pre race, in conjunction with a hydration booster (such as Liquid IV). I have a noticeably better performance when using these before races. I definitely prefer the fruit smoothie over the honey (the honey is very thick and thus, causes thick mucus to form at the back of my throat). On that note, I would not advise this specific product in the direct moments before a race or for using mid race as they are still both thick and cause phlegm and a need for more than just a sip of water. The waffles and chews are much better options in these instances.

    I actually find these super helpful while out for long walks- the texture threw me off at first but if you can get over that the flavor is good, they never upset my stomach and helped me with energy.

    I use these for carbs while I'm cycling since I'm diabetic. They absorb quickly and prevent extreme low blood sugar. Don't taste the best, but they're cheaper than products designed specifically for diabetics.
