      The only reason they get a three star is because they advertise the wrong brakes for my car

      That they fit, and they did not These are AC Delco gold series, the top of the line you can buy anywhere it sucks they didn’t fit.

      High Quality

      Installed on my 2010 Traverse. Originals went over 95K, so why go with anything deferent? Bought these used (meaning they had been opened and returned) and got a great discounted price. Springs were bent up and not so good, so I just used what was on the vehicle after cleaning them up. Pads were in excellent shape. I have done lots of brake jobs over the years, but replacing these on the Traverse was the easiest I have ever done. The brakes work great and very quite.

      2008 Acadia Front Brake Install

      Installed on 2008 GMC Acadia 2wd - front brakes. Box contained 4 brake pads, 4 anti-rattle clips and some silicone grease. Perfect fit, no squeeking and excellent stopping. Tools you'll need to do the install - Jack, jack stands, 22MM socket(for factory lug nuts), 13mm socket for brake caliper bolt, ratchet, torque wrench and about 1.25 hours. Simple to install - 1) open cap on master cylinder 2) block rear wheels, loosen front wheel lug nuts, Jack up vehicle and place jackstands under subframe. 3) remove front wheel then remove lower caliper bolt. 3)swing caliper up (you may need a small pry bar to get caliper lifted) and use mechanics wire to hold caliper in raised position. 4) remove both brake pads and the anti-rattle clips 5) use one of the old brake pads and a large c-clamp to slowly squeeze the pistons back into the brake caliper. 6) install new antirattle clips and put a small amount of grease on them where the brake pad will contact them. 7) install new brake pads 8) swing caliper back down and tighten caliper bolt to 47 ft lbs (according to AllData shop manual) 9) install wheel and torque lug nuts to 140 ft lbs (according to AllData Shop manual) 10) slowly depress brake pedal several times until pedal movement is back to normal 11) repeat for the second side 12)drive vehicle and enjoy new brakes!

      Excellent Pads

      I bought another brand for my 2017 GMC Acadia and within a few weeks they were squeaking and wearing out. I drive 100 miles each day and of course this increases wear and tear but these other pads only lasted about a month. Well I bought these other ACDelco brand and not only they came with grease packets, also they looked better built, with better backing materials and on top of it, they have lasted for more than a month! So I am really happy with this purchase and will get this brand for my other car. Easy to install, good wear.
