  Works well.... a little TOO well..

  I have had a lifelong struggle with... well... Number Two. I have never had a good relationship with it and have battled through diets, medicines and doctors. It's genetic, my mom and grandma both have issues with Numero Dos. I bought this thinking it might be worth a shot, though I was skeptical. I drank the tea and nothing would happen, thought I wasted my money. But I was wrong. Man, was I wrong. I read the package instructions, and after letting the tea steep for 15 minutes, I drank it lukewarm and went to bed. The next day I'm ****ing my brains out. So now I take it every week or so to help if I'm having *issues*. I had some last night, and now I'm typing this from my toilet for my 5th visit of the day. It's working. Oh boy, is it working. Be prepared to make multiple trips to the restroom. Luckily we have a semi-private one at work. Might be better for a day off. Either way, it works better than any senna laxative I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend.

  Does The Trick

  This is an excellent natural laxative. My daughter has had constipation issues since childhood and this is what I give her. Works every time.If my daughter were ever to read through my Bolo reviews, she'd be pretty angry at all I share of her personal information. It's for the good of society, Honey.

  Rid the Bloat!

  I've read a lot about Smooth Move Tea and how some people use it on occasion to help with bloating. I was prepping for a beach vacation when I decided to try this out.Just a side note: I work out regularly - weights, HIIT, cardio, yoga, etc. I also track my macros. Yet I do still occasionally struggle with what seems like general bloating.This tea definitely helped!I was flying out for my vacation on a Thursday morning. So I drank my first cup of Smooth Move Tea on the Monday evening before, at approx 8pm. I had a bowel movement the following morning around 7:30am - nothing super excessive, just a good bowel movement.I drank my second cup of tea on Tuesday evening, also around 8pm. I had 2 separate bowel movements the following morning along with some mild cramping. These bowel movements were much larger in amount yet softer in consistency.I drank my third and final cup of tea on Wednesday evening, again around 8pm. I was slightly hesitant about drinking this last cup of tea since I knew I would be traveling the next day and didn't want to be stuck in the bathroom on an airplane. But I drank it anyway. I had another 2 bowel movements on Thursday morning with again, some mild cramping. Both of these were still early in the day - around 7am and 8:30am.I felt great the rest of Thursday! I did not experience any additional cramping or bowel movements that interfered with my day. I continued to maintain my regular diet and water intake throughout this time and did not experience any dehydration symptoms. I also did not have any issues returning to "normal" after the third day of Smooth Move Tea. Since then, my vacation went great (check out that rocking bikini pic - the first one I'm actually proud of) and I've returned to my usual routine.I do not plan on drinking this tea on a regular basis. I would use it again when I wanted to slim down, reduce bloat, or if I was feeling backed-up.I do have to say the taste of this tea a bit different. I have not tasted anything quite like it before. It's not a bad taste and I actually grew to prefer it after the third cup.

  Be Prepared

  I don't usually write reviews, but I had to for this. I was told to have my gallbladder removed and instead I started using Dr. Berg's digestive enzymes and Gallbladder to see if I could save it. It worked. I was so bloated before I started taking that - I looked pregnant. I've battled constipation my whole life and nothing worked. I take Linzess everyday and that does nothing. I tried the 3 ballerinas, Mirolax, Fibercon, Metamusil - you name it. Nothing worked. I drank 1 cup of this right before bed and woke up running, but it was short lived. I drank another cup last night and O M G. I'm clean enough to get a colonoscopy. If you have trouble with constipation, try this. My stones left and so did everything else. I don't recommend taking a cup of this every day. Perhaps every other day would be better. This is great stuff. When you get constipated for more than 7 days, anything is better than nothing. I can't tell you how much better I feel. This stuff is great.

  If you struggle with cramping read this!!

  If you really like the effectiveness of this product but experienced cramping while using it, I’ve been experimenting with brew times and amount of water used and have found a combination that doesn’t result in any cramping and still having a complete BM the next day. I switch the recommended numbers around, so instead of using 8oz of water for 10-15 minutes, I do about 15oz of water and steep for 8 minutes. I find this gentle to take even as frequently as every night with no cramping whatsoever and complete bm’s. Happy brewing
