Good for large groups and is a refreshing twist on games with similar mechanics.

This game is very similar to cards against humanity (or even apples to apples for the younger crowd) but I think it may even be better for larger groups. We always like to play CAH because there aren't a lot of games that can handle more than 6 people. If someone brings an extra person or 2 to a game night, the group either has to split up or a few people will feel left out. I've been on a hunt for more games that can handle 10+ people or utilize teams because of this. However, with CAH we have noticed if you have a larger group (more than 10) it can become un-manageable because rounds take a while (especially with booze) and people get bored waiting for their turn to be judge. Sometimes I've noticed that people will start to tune out if their cards aren't getting picked or if the some judges aren't picking the funnier cards (humor is relative).

This game ads another layer of interaction after the judge reveals the winning card each round - the entire group must answer the horrible question.

This extra layer of humor by answering the question kept our group more engaged when people don't have the same humor or ick factors. Also - People who would normally tune out mid rounds were more involved and would start defending their answers. We did a game of 12 last night with this game and everyone was engaged the entire time.

Sometimes a hand will happen that is kind of boring (maybe the judge doesn't pick the card that the majority agrees with) and everyone will vote the same way in response. The addition of the double down factor helped keep people excited about winning the lousy round.

I'd say the NSFW edition is just that. It's a lot of body parts, sexual taboos, and bodily fluids but both decks are fun. Obviously there aren't as many cards as CAH yet but I think this game is a refreshing new twist.
Fun competitive game for Game Night.

5.0 out of 5.0 by Chris on March 3, 2018
Great game for game night. I received this game yesterday and I and my group of friends have absolutely loved. The cards are hilarious and the game extremely dynamic and competitive.

The game begins with the judge picking one of their cards as option A. The group then submits their cards for the judge to pick option B. Whoever submitted card B gets a point. The players then all vote whether they'd rather A or B. If its unanimous the judge loses 2 points (incentivizes the judge to pick even cards). If its a tie the judge gets 3 points. Otherwise all players in the majority get 1 point and 0 for the minority.

The doubledown card makes things extremely interesting since if you feel confident in being part of the majority you can double down your points, but if you are in the minority you loose the card.

Overall its an amazing, competitive, and dynamic game that we loved. I've never been a fan of cards against humanity because it feels kind of one dimensional. This game is more complex and just gives players more involvement and opportunities to participate.
No prudes allowed

4.0 out of 5.0 by Tina Scogin on November 1, 2017
I just moved to a new neighborhood and played this as a way to get to know my new neighbors. We had a blast. It is NOT for the prudish. Only play with fun people not afraid to have a good time. I'm worried for whoever sat down and came up with these cards. They are not well. ;o) Arrived on time and ask expected.
I really like this game because it is very different

I really like this game because it is very different. It forces you to think of things that you normally wouldn't. Some things are offensive but I like that. It is interesting and not boring. Will definitely buy expansion pack if ever becomes available.
More nsfw then I was expecting

I haven't played this yet. I bought it for my niece (who is 18) for Christmas and expected it be on the same nsfw level as cards against humanity. I opened it up and almost every card is sexual. I won't be giving her this for Christmas. The cards and game seem really well made. I will probably take it down with us when we go to their house and maybe we'll play it when the kids are asleep.
This game is a lot of fun to play with FRIENDS

This game is a lot of fun to play with FRIENDS!
I gave it to my cousin for Christmas and it became wildly inappropriate to play with my cousin. But it was a big hit and lots of fun... Some of the questions include "drink your father's semen" or "join your parents in the bedroom". Needless to say not a gift for grandma.
Read directions while still sober

4.0 out of 5.0 by Gina on June 25, 2018
Not gonna lie, the directions are hard to understand when you've been drinking all day so do yourself a favor and read the how to play directions BEFORE you get smashed. We all had a blast playing this game and whomever came up with some of these scenarios should be ashamed of themselves!
Its fun, its perfect for learning how your friends think ...

It took us about 30 mins to get the hang of how the game is scored. We, thought at first it was up to the judge to pick A or B.Then those who also picked what the judge scored.
Its fun, its perfect for learning how your friends think and get to know them better.

This is more of a game for younger adults … The game is fine, and I'm sure if I was still in my 20's at a party I'd love it. But, I'm much older now and while my friends and I enjoy NSFW games, this one is a bit immature. Like I said though, younger groups should love it.
For adults with a sense of humor

5.0 out of 5.0 by Caitlyn W. on January 2, 2018
I LOVE this game. It was given as a gift and they really enjoyed this as well. Really hoping for expansions! It can be raunchy and isn't for uptight people who can't handle the humor.
