Blast off!

4.0 out of 5.0 by The LEGO Guy on March 9, 2018
This is a decent LEGO Creator 3in1 set. The LEGO 3in1 sets allow the builder to construct three different vehicles/structures with the same LEGO bricks. This is HUGE when it comes to creativity and imagination as the LEGO bricks provide for lots of flexibility and freedom.

I decided to build the space shuttle because that is what my son wanted... and if we are being honest, I think the space shuttle is the best of the three builds possible with this set. My favorite part of the space shuttle is that the cargo bay doors open up with lots of fun stuff on the inside. This increases the playability with this set significantly. The overall design of the space shuttle is nice and clean, and the instructions provide clear and simple to follow instructions.

A disappointment with this set is that it only comes with one LEGO minifig. I think LEGO missed an opportunity by not including two minifigs. A plus with this set is that it doesn't come with any stickers, which is nice... especially for the young brickers out there. Another plus is the variety of white LEGO bricks that come with this set... it's not often that you get this many white LEGO bricks in one set, so this is a definite bonus. NOTE: The white LEGO bricks will fade if they are left in a sunny spot in your room/house, so be sure to keep these LEGO pieces in a location away from direct sunlight.

Lastly, the piece count for this set is slightly below average when considering the retail price of $29.99. As a result, if you're able to find this set for less than retail, then you're chances of scoring a good value go up drastically.

Overall, I recommend this set and think you'll be pleased with your purchase. It's creative, it's sturdy, and lastly, it has a significant playability factor.

I got this for my 5 year old for his birthday. He wants to be an aerospace engineer when he grows up, so naturally he loved it! He loved that the space station had a place for the astronaut to sleep and a robotic arm. The details on the set are awesome and we had fun putting it together. I love that you can transform it again an again.
Another great LEGO set

Another great LEGO set. My husband and daughter have been working on this one together. You can build three different things with this set. They’ve currently finished the shuttle. It looks great. Was easy to build. And most importantly they had fun doing it together and my daughter has continued her curiousity about space.
Great value, fun build, useful pieces.

Built the shuttle today with my daughter and it was a big win. The build is sturdy enough to survive a careful but energetic 2-year old and was fun to build together. The design is clever in the way many Creator sets are and sparked a lot of interesting ideas for other builds. The piece selection is much more interesting and versatile than for the licensed sets. I found this set to be a great value. Once my daughter destroys the shuttle I'm sure we'll come up with great new builds from the pieces.
This is a fun lego set

This is a fun lego set. My son worked hard and earned his own money for it. I wish there had been a list of the pieces that came with it because it wasn't until a few weeks later while building one of the items that we discovered it has missing pieces. Disappointing since I'm not sure if we can buy replacement parts and we can't return it since we don't have the box and baby sister partially ate one of the instruction manuels :/ Other than the missing pieces it seems to hold up well and my son has had fun building with it.
Perfect size and fun

I'm a big fan of the shuttle program, have fond memories of watching Atlantis take off back in 01. This little guy is a ton of fun to build and rebuild, it'll be the perfect companion to my new Saturn rocket.
Cool set but missing pieces! OCD beware!

Really cool Lego set but missing pieces. It was super freaking frustrating when you have to stop Midway and go salvage another piece from another set, once would've been enough to go insane but I had to do it 4 times! Lego said they would send replacement parts but my OCD cannot handle the wait. Had to relax with a xanex...
We loved this set

We loved this set-Robot not included. That was a different set. This was a bday present for my 8 year old autistic son and he LOVED it. He built most of it by himself. We made the shuttle then took it apart and made the moon rider
Great learning Lego

Purchased for my grandson for Christmas. He loves lego and was really excited to get this. I haven't seen it completed but I'm sure he has worked on it. Cant't wait to see it completed.

there is one missing parts or the manual incorrect so my son can not finish it. I double checked, yes, there is a mistake in the instruction so can't finish it.
