Description

How Aztec secret works Indian healing clay clays have been used for centuries to beautify and refresh when used as a facial mask. Cleopatra used clay from the Nile River and the Arabian Desert over 1800 years ago, as part of her beauty ritual. German and roman spas have been using clay packs and treatments in the spas they built 4,000 years ago. Many of these spas still exist and use clay even today. Pliney the elder devoted an entire chapter of his natural history" to the many uses of clay for pimples, black heads and skin tightening. Many famous naturopaths, such as kuhn, just and kneipp have contributed to the revival of the uses of clay through their natural treatments for arthritus and skin ailments. Aztec Indian healing clay a brief history - the world's most powerful facial the use of clay with apple cider vinegar can be dated back to the southern French priest of the16th century, kneipp, and his natural treatments using clay packs and poultices. Throughout history the use of clay, specifically green clay or bentonite, is well documented. To learn more about clay, look for "our earth our cure" by Raymond Dexteit, translated by Michel Abehsera in your local health food store or book store. Aztec secret Indian healing clay is bentonite clay from Death Valley, California, where it is sun- dried for up to six months in temperatures that sometimes reach 134 degrees. Facials, acne, body wraps, clay baths, foot soaks, chilled clay for knee packs and insect bites. Enjoy the benefits of clay in your own home. Beautify and refresh.

My favorite mask

5.0 out of 5.0 by Jessi on January 4, 2018
There are so many reviews of this singing it’s praise that I’m sure this isn’t needed BUT here’s how this works best for me.

Mix with apple cider vinegar
Add essential oils and activated charcoal powder
Leave on until dry and pulsing, my theory is that part of its success is the blood being pulled to the area. My skin is oily so it doesn’t hurt anything to let it dry like that.
Rinse off and wash face with a mild soap.
Apply normal moisturizer (CeraVe) and then a layer of Aquaphor ointment and whatever essential oils I’m feeling
SLEEP. This never works as well if I don’t do it at night and sleep off the redness from it.
I wake up with bright and smooth skin. Any breakouts are usually at least 75% better or entirely gone.

I have sensitive skin and allergies to a lot of commercial products. This mask has been a godsend and very easy on the wallet.
Don't skip the apple cider vinegar!

So I bought this product a few months ago and the first time I used it ( with water) it was all clumpy. I was slightly disappointed because it had amazing reviews. But it still worked and my face was a little red after. I used it a few more times with water until I read a review that made a VERY good point... This product is meant to be used with apple cider vinegar (an acid) because it is basic (like on the pH scale that measures the acidity or basicity) so if you use it with water you are essentially burning your face and that's why it's red after... Nothing painful or permanently scary or anything. Tonight I used it with apple cider vinegar and it was 100% better, not clumpy, no red face or slight burn sensation. And my skin looks and feels fantastic. Totally buy this with some apple cider vinegar. Worth it.
Makes a mess but works well!

Pros: Dries Acne, great for oily skin. When used with apple cider vinegar, has a nice tingling sensational as well as tightening. My pores have shrunken a little.
Cons: very fine powder. Can make a mess when mixing. I prefer using a ziploc bag to mix versus a bowl because it makes less mess!
BEST MASK EVER!!!

Me, my mom and sisters are addicted to this mask. We literally use every week and use this in conjunction with Braggs ACV. This stuff is amazing. We didn't know how much we truly loved this mask until we ran out of it for about almost a month. We nearly ripped apart the box once it arrived and slapped this on our face. Our pores literally must have screamed with joy as soon as we put this on. We all have oily, acne prone skin. My sisters also have chest/back acne and occasionally put this mask on those areas. We have also used this on our armpits for a cleanse from constant deodorant use. Highly recommend anyone to use this mask on their armpits if they suffer from smelly pits even after applying deodorant. This mask is shared by 4 of us all together and this tub can last us a few months. Definitely worth it and it works!
Can't live without it tbh

It's such a holy grail. I recommend this to everyone I know. Whenever my skin acts up and I get hormonal acne, I use this and it immediately calms down. I use it once a week in combination with apple cider vinegar, and it does wonders. The only downside is that it's such a pain to take off.

PSA: don't let the mask dry. Pat or spray some water or a face mist whenever you feel like it's drying because your skin drinks in the beneficial minerals the most when it's damp.
WOW!!!

I used this for the first time last night with water instead of ACV (accident) and I'm already seeing results!!!!!! I've never had acne of any kind, but recently my face has been breaking out and has been so stubborn. I have dry, sensitive skin and my skin didn't react. This mask literally makes your skin pulsate and leaves your face super red afterwards; however, that goes away! Here are some pictures of my skin before and after my first use:

I love using this once a week to help clear out any gunk I may have in my pores that I don't get out with my cleanser. This helped clear my adult acne with in a week, and helped clear up the residual redness and bumps I had from all my adult acne. Now I don't have to wear make up everyday to hide my acne.

Heard about this on an old episode of the podcast, Slumber Party with Alie and Georgia featuring Jackie Johnson. Jackie and Georgia were RAVING about this mask. I tried it and DAMN.. If you ever bought a pot of GlawGlow Supermud, this is your new best friend. For a fraction of the price, you get a very similar product, however, you have to use the unfiltered apple cider vinegar to make the mask. The smell doesn't bother me at all, but I've known a few people with a high aversion to vinegar smell.
Excellent value for money

I mix it with apple cider vinegar; I mix enough and store in an air tight container and that has worked well so far. It does dry the skin if used often, but I still went ahead because I was having a bad breakout. It calms the irritations and pushes out the black heads. I make sure to moisterise well. I'm 40 and very pleased and so is my 17 year old.

I use this as a detoxifier for my hair and it works miracles. My curls are left so defined and my hair literally feels stronger. When detangling I hardly have any shedding. I also use it on my face for the same detoxifying properties. This is just an all around must product.
