They're ok

These are tiny hydrocolloid bandages, that are used to pull out fluid from a lanced/popped pimple, reducing size and inflammation. So far, I've used traditional hydrocolloid bandages (ones that are marketed specifically for blisters on your feet) and have had relatively good success. My main issue with the CosRx bandages is that they don't stick to my skin nearly as well as traditional ones. They come off super easy, which sucks since you need to leave these on for minimum 5 hours to see any benefit. I tried to use these overnight (which is usually the easiest way to get it on for a long time) and they came off in my sleep. Granted, I do roll around a lot, but the traditional bandages never came off when I slept with them on. In addition, the majority of the stickers that came with this were incredibly small. which is silly, because most white heads are not that small.

I do recommend using these to cover zits during the day, they're a lot more subtle than the traditonal bandages, and can protect your tender skin from the elements, and also helps me keep my grubby little fingers off my zits. Also, hydrocolloid bandages will not help with blackheads, and only marginally help with cystic, deep-under-the-skin acne. I tend to have more of the latter, and really I use these kind of bandages to seal my zits out from germs and it creates a sterile environment for my pimples to rise out of my skin, and then subsequently get their pus pulled out. It helps mostly with inflammation in my experience. I am going to try the Nexcare hydrocolloid bandages for acne next, since they manufacture traditional hydrocolloid bandages and I need something I can wear at night and during the day.
Does not work

The first picture is before the treatment, the second picture is after. Saw no difference in my pimples. In fact the top pimple has had 3 nights of this treatment and it has still not gone down in size.
Too little results, if any, for such a high price tag.

This is a Holy Grail item for many a YouTuber and r/AsianBeauty member, so I thought I'd give it a go on my whiteheads and cystic acne.

For the acne that would come to a head, on a freshly washed face, I would open the whitehead with a sterilized needle then get what I could out without actually pressing upon the delicate irritated skin. Dab the blood or clear liquid off the skin and place an appropriately sized pimple patch on the skin and leave it til it turns white. As most of my acne is on my jawline I can leave it there for 6-12 hours (if it will stay that long, as I have extremely oily skin,) but while the product may work for some individuals, I'm not seeing a noticeable difference.

I'm afraid, in my opinion, this item is not worth the price tag that I've paid, but YMMV. I've debated looking into trying hydrocolloid dressing and cutting the dressing down to size as needed. At least if I need to consistently replace the dressing I will be able to customize the size I need and it's more affordable (based off how much product you get.)
Don’t help reduce pimples, just cover them

3.0 out of 5.0 by Abe on January 7, 2018
I bought these because The Strategist recommended it but these don’t really do anything to help reduce your pimples, just keep them covered so you don’t mess with them. But you can only really wear them at night since they’re pretty thick and visible.
Ok for what they are, but don’t expect much.
Works fine but is not a miracle

3.0 out of 5.0 by Jane Doe on December 9, 2017
Works fine but is not a miracle. I've got allergy-hormonal-stress cystic acne, and these do help, but so does castor oil. If you are pale af like me, they don't show up on your face so you can wear them during the day if you're not, like, modeling or something.
SORT of helps popped pimples ONLY

3.0 out of 5.0 by Kindle Customer on February 19, 2018
I thought this would be some sort of miracle product for acne based on how people rave about , but it's just an bandage with no treatment. When I apply it to a blemish it does nothing UNLESS it is popped. If popped it will draw out some of the contents and possibly speed up healing. I won't be buying these again because they're so limited . Ill stick to good old benzoyl peroxide
Had better results with the Nexcare brand

3.0 out of 5.0 by Breanna on November 12, 2017
Had better results with the Nexcare brand. Wasn't too impressed trying these. I put these on before bed and take off in the morning (at least 8-9 hours of sleep). Every time the white head had been brought to the surface, but not pulled into the patch like I've experienced with different brands. Really dried some spots out too and left a bit of scabbing dry skin.
Does Not Work For Me

2.0 out of 5.0 by Jenny on February 22, 2018
This does not work for me. I tried it when I had a pimple that was ready to burst (whitehead) but nothing. Tried it when it was already popped, nothing. This just does not work on me, at all and I do not know why. I have combination skin with some acne here and there. It might work for you since it seems to work for other people! I found another product that works great for me and actually sucks the guck out so I am greatful for that.
Doesn't stay on!

3.0 out of 5.0 by Karin Z. on November 3, 2017
I like these but they are definitely visible when you wear them and that makes me feel a little self conscious. They also do not stay on my face while I sleep or while I shower (and they are advertised as waterproof). However, when I wear them and they stay on, they take care of my pimples in a day or so.
Only half worked for me.

This hasn't really worked well for me. I mean it does heal the wound REALLY fast and nicely. However, it doesn't suck out the white stuff out of my face like the pictures shown from others. I even poked it with a needle before putting the patch and it still doesn't suck it well like the pictures on here. Maybe I'm doing something wrong IDK. :( I'll try NexCare or something next time...
