As a skin care expert I recommend this mask more than brands I work for because I believe and trust this product. It is literally my saving grace. The only thing I advise anyone that's using this is don't just use Apple cider vinegar, use equal ratios of water and ACV. ACV is am acid and it will destroy your lipid layer over time, so make sure you are diluting this mixture. I know on the directions it says one or the other, and that is why I am mentioning it here.
Whoa! Like turning your face to stone. Temporarily

Whoa! Pretty easy to use, Takes longer to wash it off than putting it on! Left my face feeling great, skin was red for a good 30mins, but that went away and left my skin in the best shape its ever been

This is our second jar. I have several daughters who perform frequent at-home facials. They swear by this stuff. They use it with apple cider vinegar, mix it up in a disposable dixie cup (we use the little ones that you keep in the bathroom) and it's made for a relatively mess free/inexpensive mask that helps with their acne.
The best for Sensitive, oily, and acne prone skin and natural hair!!!

I tried this as an alternative to shampoo as well as a face mask and I 👏 received👏 results!👏

When I put it my hair (natural hair) it removed all of the unwanted oil and while still keeping the needed oils in my hair. It didn't dry it out and I'm so happy with the results. Each curl came out defined and it has stayed that way for a couple of days. My scalp feels CLEAN! I didn't use acv I just used water and I still got great results. (I have very sensitive skin so I used water for the mask as well)

Once I put it on I noticed that i wasn't feeling anything until it was almost completely dry (that's because with water the process is a bit slower) but when it did start to "sting" (not a bad sting but a sort of sensation to let you know it's working) I could feel that it was doing its job. It left my skin a bit red but that's normal. My skin is soft and sorta clear now. Before the mask I had small under the skin bumps and my face was extremely oily! But after the mask the bumps (except for the acne, keep in mind that this is only after one use) were completely gone and the nasty oil was removed but my face still had a glow.

If you have sensitive oily acne prone skin I highly recommend this but only if you use water instead of apple cider vinegar. I heard it also works well with aloe vera gel.
Honestly Magic Beauty Routine For Acne, Scarring, Aging ~ Review ~ Better than ALL the more expensive products combined.

*Disclaimer = This is not an advertisement of any kind but it is a more extensive review than most.

Ok all of you with #SkinIssues ~ #Acne, #discoloration, #agespots, #wrinkles, #pores, #scars

I know how hard it is for some of us and how expensive some of the "solutions" out there are, so I'm going to share something with you that you're going to thank me for.

I've battled #SevereAcne my whole life. I think I've tried everything that is out on the market. I even took something called Acutane in highschool that was so powerful that I remember each pill being individually wrapped with a No Symbol over a picture of a pregnant lady.

Out of frustration I began researching and trying almost every skin product that is in the market and compiling reviews from multiple sources. After some trial and error I've found something that is almost magic.

I now have a routine of four things that has erased all acne, discoloration and smoothed my wrinkles & scars in two weeks.

Here it is:

First the facial cleaner (which I believe can be substituted with anyones favorite but I've found this one to work the best for me):

1. #Avene Cleansing Foam

2. #MarioBadescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater (Amazon will try to get you to buy the "add on" which is only a dollar less but half the oz, so look at the size options.) I put this on after washing as well as use it to set my makeup. It is amazing.

3. #LevenRose Organic 100% Pure Cold Pressed Unrefined Natural Jojoba Oil, 4 oz (This and the Facial Spray are the most important parts of this. This product is incredible. You can also use it as a makeup remover, its great for hair as well as stretch marks and cellulite ((yes, I'm telling you the truth.) It also lasts a couple of months.

4. #AztecSecrets: Indian Healing Bentonite Clay (The larger oz is also only a couple of dollars more and will last you a couple of years.)

I wash my face, then its important to let your face dry. Then the spray (let dry) and finally the Jojoba oil. I also use the spray and oil after the mask, which heals and seals your pores.

Since I've been using this routine, my skin looks luminous and almost 10 years younger. I'm not joking. I've bought the most expensive products on the market and none of them compare to these which are a 1/10th of the cost.

Let me know if any of you try it. I'm not selling any of these or making any money or anything for telling you all this. I'm just so incredibly pleased and surprised that I couldn't not tell people.
Maybe it works for others. Don't assume you're not unlucky enough to be That One Person that has a negative experience.

PLEASE listen to me. This product ruined my skin.
I bought a two-pound tub of this back in August/September 2016, but I only started using it regularly in the last week of December. I was convinced that it would work, reading all the amazing reviews, and I dismissed the handful of bizarre and radical negative reviews (getting burn marks from a clay mask?) as paid reviews. I started using this so late after buying it because I felt three or four small, hard lumps underneath my skin on my cheek: that's how my bad pimples usually start, gathering forces under my skin and then unleashing their cultivated devastation on the surface: my skin. I had never had those types of pimples on my face before, only on my butt. Now that I had this 'miracle worker,' however, I was determined to rid myself of the impurities. I would wash my face with an oil cleanser before I started, something that was part of my regular routine that had always kept my skin healthy. Mixing a generous teaspoon of healing clay with Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, I applied a mask of this to my face every other day religiously, washing it off after about 30 minutes with water. I let my face dry, then applied my regular toner and moisturizer.
My pimples came to the surface. They were red, inflamed, juicy, painful whiteheads. I figured it was working, the purging period where all of my grossness had come to the surface. Then for the rest of the time I used this, more cysts came out on both of my cheeks and my jawline. I wanted to believe in this product, I really did, because of how well it seemed to work for everyone else, so I stuck on applying it dutifully every other night.
Previously, my skin had no blemishes. NONE. I only wanted to draw out those four troublesome lumps under my skin. My friends and family commented that I was breaking out, telling me to eat healthier, drink more water, wash my face, go to sleep earlier. Little did they know I was already doing all of those. My other cheek, which had always been the healthier of the two, having never suffered even ONE mildly red, large, or painful pimple, also began breaking out. I thought that all of this was a result of the purging period that everyone had spoken about, 'your skin will get worse before it gets better,' so I pushed on.
It is now nearing the end of January and I have almost used this mask for a month. I have pimples in clusters on my cheeks, my temples, my jawline, pimples that have not come to a head despite this clay's claim of bringing all the gunk to the surface. I have been positive until now, believing that it was the dark before the dawn, brushing off the pimples' existence and imagining my miraculous recovery when the purging period ended and all of my pimples went away, but my skin is getting worse and the first pimples that are fading with time leave brown blemishes. I am thoroughly discouraged. Look at the pictures for yourself. I have no 'Before' pictures because my skin had one or two pimples, nothing more.
In regards to the review that said it was blasphemous for anyone to have negative reactions because this Bentonite Clay was 100% "good ol' dirt," you must have considered that people are allergic to things in nature too. It's possible. Dogs, cats, pollen, certain plants, and yes, even the topical application of 'good ol' dirt' can have negative effects on some people. I know it wasn't the Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar because I drink a tablespoon of that twice a day, and I even mixed the clay with hot water for a week so it was truly just clay and water that practically equaled mud.
I must also say that I read that review before buying it, and nodded in complete agreement. It was one of the reviews that convinced me to buy this product.
I have never written a review before, even if something wasn't as stellar as it touted itself to be, but for something like this that ruins what it's supposed to fix, I have to. My skin hurts when I wash it even though my cleansers contain no exfoliants. Any pressure whatsoever hurts it. I'm not angry, just ... disappointed, discouraged, put-off, even sad. Clearly this worked for many people, but I suppose it's not for me. My pimples, aside from being large and juicy, red and inflamed, have now also begun to flake off bits of skin.
I've never been on a quest to fix my skin since it was fine as it was before, but now I must find a way to fix what happened to it.
Please don't think this product is a malicious one guaranteed to destroy your skin, but if it only worsens your skin even after several weeks, past the acceptable purging period time, then be wary of it.
I'll be looking into soothing, also natural products for now. Please, if any of you have suggestions for fixing my skin, tell me, but I will never use this product again.

I really wanted to wait and do a review after a few months of use, since that is generally how long it takes acne medications to work well, but I'm terrified to put this stuff back on my face. The first time I used it, was with water and it didn't really do anything. I tried it the second time with raw ACV (which makes it blend better and creates a nice muddy mousse). I used it three times with raw ACV, with a few days in between each use, and my skin got worse every single time. A new pimple would form after every single use. During one use, a pimple had formed while the mask was still on my face. Luckily I patch tested, so the break out is only on part of my face, but my face hasn't been this bad in years. I went from having skin that generally had one or two pimples, to six active PAINFULL pimples after only two weeks of using this. Many people would attribute my breakout to purging, but I've dealt with purging before and it has never been like this. In regard to its ability to remove blackheads I was disappointed, Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask works way better.

The only good thing about this is that if you already have a pimple, and only use it on that same spot, it will help it come to a head much faster.

For those like me who read skin care product reviews, and like to know the users skin type, I have combination skin and hormonal breakouts only around my mouth. I drink lots of water and am a vegetarian who doesn't drink milk or eat cheese (for those who believe diet effects skin).
Made my problem worse...

I used to have very very bad acne. Over the years it was getting much better and I just had a few little breakouts here and there. Anyway a friend of mine told me about this mask and how good it was. After I used it I got a lot of huge acne pimples everywhere. They were like under my skin too :( anyway I made the mistake of popping some of them and it basically worsened. It's like this mask made my skin go back to what it was. Anyways this mask is super drying and like I said it made my acne worse. I really wish this mask worked for me like it worked for everyone else here. It's just super frying and made my skin worse. Really wish I wouldn't have wasted my money
Stripped all moisture out of my skin!

Having used premixed clay masks for years, I always became frustrated with how they would dry up over time, some seemed to harder as soon as the lid was taken off the first time and air got inside the container. The idea of dry granules and adding liquid at each use sounded like a promising solution. Sadly, I found this to be extremely drying, especially when mixed with Braggs ACV (which my face generally tolerates well as a toner) Mixed with water helped alleviate some of the dryness but not enough to comfortably continue using this product. My face felt completely stripped and irritated. I will probably be returning this and trying a mask that stays moist in a tube type container.
