A hair regrowth product that works!

5.0 out of 5.0 by Avid reader on May 16, 2018
My hair has been gradually thinning over the last 35 years. I have tried many things to help, but nothing really seemed to make a difference. I was at the point where I didn't want to leave the house because my hair was so thin. I tried Rogaine foam at my dermatologist's recommendation. Even though I am female, I use the men's Rogaine two times a day. (Be advised that is not what the instructions recommend for women, so you can make your own decision about using it once (recommended for women) or twice daily.) It was the first thing that had ever helped. I could tell that I was shedding less hair. A few months later, I also started using Monat (directly from the company, so I was sure of authenticity) because my dermatologist had also mentioned Monat as a product that might help. I wash my hair every day with Monat's Intense Repair shampoo and leave it on my hair for 5 minutes before rinsing and conditioning.I think together Rogaine foam and Monat have given me real results. While I still don't have super thick hair, it now looks appropriate for someone my age (55). I am incredibly happy with the results. I don't have to carefully try to arrange it on top and in the back to cover extra thin spots. They are gone. Someone who hadn't seen me in a while stopped by. When I opened the door, she did a double take and said, "You have so much hair!" I told my husband about it and he said, "You do. You look like -" and pointed to a picture on the wall from about 12 years ago. He said I was getting a woolly head again! :) (A slight exaggeration, but still nice to hear!)Also, I wanted to mention what didn't work for me, in case that might help someone. I have tried lots of supplements and pills that are supposed to regrow hair and have never seen any results. I still take biotin anyway, because it is inexpensive, and lots of people say it helps. Also, I have noticed that sugar first thing in the morning really makes me shed a lot of hair. I was having fruit smoothies and my hair really started falling out. I now have a low carb breakfast. Lastly, in the past, when I tried Rogaine, I had always used the generic. I never saw any results, so I assumed the name brand Rogaine wouldn't help either. But, at least for me, there was a night and day difference between generic and name brand Rogaine.(By the way, I am not getting any benefit from Rogaine or Monat for mentioning their products. I just hope my experiences can help someone else.) Blessings!
5 star product!

I love Rogaine foam. It is easy to apply and smells really good. I have been using for three months along with Propidren Propidren DHT Blocker with Saw Palmetto to Prevent Hair Loss and Stimulate Hair Follicles to Stop Hair Loss and Regrow Hair and notice much less hair in the shower and on my pillow, so it is definitely working. It is a great value on Amazon as well, can't beat the price.
you’ll be disappointed. So far

4.0 out of 5.0 by Cory penta on March 4, 2018
Instructions say “Not for hairline use” “Top of scalp only”. Ignore that. If it works for beards it’ll work anywhere. From what I’ve noticed after four months, My hairline is seeing more results than my scalp. They say don’t make any judgements until at least six months. That may also be true. But so far, 4 months in, my hairline is making much more progress. They are 100% correct about using Minoxidil 5% (Rogaine) twice a day. If you slack, or fail to follow a daily process you’ll cheat yourself and blame the product. Be consistent. If not, you’ll be disappointed. So far, from what I’ve seen my “Hairline” is making tremendous progress. My scalp, not as quickly. But my scalp is definitely seeing progress. Just not as immediately as my hairline. My hair in general. Stronger, thicker better looking. Ratings: Hairline B+. Top of scalp C+/B- . Why scientist believe it’s only for top of scalp treatment im unsure of. When they know damn well it works. All over. 4stars. I’ll check back in 2 months.
been using for years - doesn't work. Scam and waste of money lol

I'm young and have had hair loss for about 3 years now... I've been using this for the full 3 years and see no results. I basically just wasted time putting this sticky thing in my head everyday and having my hands get all oily. I've combined this with many options (PRP, laser treatment, saw palmetto, needle root, biotin, pumpkin seed, regenpure, omega 3, vegetarian diet, workout and healthy lifestyle.. everything) but the truth is hair loss is hormonal and there is no way known to stop it. None of the methods I've used worked, not even the hair transplant doesn't really worked to the extent that I wanted (and I'm not even as bald as most guys). The only way to save your hair in 2018 is to eventually get a hair transplant, but even that isn't very promising. I will say nonetheless I still buy this terrible product in hope of change since it's so cheap. It's cheap for a reason so if you want to blow $$$ every 3 months then buy this. I was the money and so do many and see no results. They make money because us bald guys are in hope of change, but we all know we're not paying for a good product.
Why pay $14 more?! A year in and I'm switching to the generic Kirkland Minoxidil foam...

So, I've been using Rogaine foam now for a year with mixed results. The only thing I'll say is, you gotta try it if you're losing hair. But this is not what this review is for. This review is about greed. They have now hiked up the price to $44.99. This is the same product that they used to sell at $33, the at $35, then at $37. Now it's another $8!These bottles barely last a month and it's something you are going to have to continue to pay for year after year.So I'm switching to the generic Rogaine-knockoff Kirkland foam. It cost me $31.55. Basically, that's what I should pay for Rogaine. It's the exact same 5% minoxidil. I recommend you switch to and don't look back. I hope the foaming action is as good as the Rogaine brand but for this price difference, everyone should switch.
Working well for me

I’ve been applying this twice daily for 4 months now and the results have been awesome. I also use this on my hair line and have noticed my hair thicker there as well (sorry, no pics). I started using Nioxin shampoo/conditioner (1) around the same time so it seems like the combination is working!
It didn't work for me. I have used it ...
